I like the rough blend of colors in this pic. Most of the time I like more detailed and polished pieces...but this one somehow struck a cord in me.
There's a certain unique edge to this pic that you don't see else where.
If there's one thing I can complain about, it would probably be the left over shading lines on her neck and around her eyes. It makes the whole piece seems sloppy instead of streamlined and simplified (espically when compared with her hair...the same degree of roughness but more probably done). Maybe you can try blurring them.
