This is absolutely wonderful. The colors make it look so cool, like the perfect environment for the penguins. I like how the iceberg disappears into the water and the main characters seem to be floating in the clouds. It's a very nice concept. Wonderful job.

A little more detail in the background would have been ideal. As it stands now it looks a bit blurry. Try using value and saturation to achieve environmental perspective. The foreground work though, I love. The characters, style, shape, rendering, all very effective and cool to look at.
