Hmm, makes me think of the Turians from Mass Effect. That's not really a critique it's easy to see where you could reach the same body structure independently. (Avian/Saurian characteristics blended into a more anthropomorphised structure).
I guess the critique would be it's something of a generic alien look. It does look good though.
