Lovely work. Feels like 2020 circa 1983. I see shades of Blade Runner and Akira, with a little BTTF thrown in too. the slightly-out-of-focus holodisplays are really messing with my head, but everything has a real good kinesis except, oddly, the bullet train.
Now I wanna play Cyberpunk again...

As a... not-the-friendliest-guy-around person, I'm gonna try to figure out what some things you could improve on are. If I can't find anything wrong, not even a nitpick, then you've made a freaking perfect drawing right here. So, let's see... I guess I could say that the car to the bottom right is a little blurrier than it should be, and it doesn't seem as much like a motion blur with that one as with the other cars, and maybe the people at the bottom center (the way bottom center), who also seem to blur for no particular reason... but aside from that, I'm completely unable to find anything wrong with this.
So far, this is my favorite work of art on this site.
