I like how the ribbon or sash, scarf? allows you to see the clouds behind it on the left side.

I love the style and the coloring. it gives it a very 'asian' or 'ancient' feel to it.
Great job with blending the colors near the bottom, I tend to adore the little details in a piece rather than big ones.
It might not be your intent, in fact I'm sure it's just the lineart, however the dark blotch, or spot right on the bottom next to her exposed left ankle looks like a foot in the background, as if she's walking towards the viewer. I like it
