I wanted to draw a picture of the Toiletnator, so I looked on Google to see if I could find a good reference. (What can I say? he's fun to draw.) I stumbled upon his "Fusion Fall" wiki page, found a quote of his on it that I could relate to, and used it here.

As someone who crochets, I don't mind making things for people as gifts for birthdays or Christmas. Where I get annoyed is when people contact me, ask for things that take FOREVER to make and they want it in a time frame I can't possibly finish it in, even on a productive day. Not only that, people ask me for things for FREE. If it's not someone's birthday or Christmas, the answer is NO.

So basically... the Toiletnator is annoyed with people always coming to him to fix their plumbing problems and I'm annoyed with people asking for fast and free crocheted items.
