Sylibell, is an extremely tomboyish Pokémon despite it’s delicate sounding name. They are very competitive at this stage in evolution. Literally everything is a challenge. Who can eat fastest, who can run fastest (or skate), who can jump higher...It’s a nonstop thing for Sylibell. They are more like teenagers and tend to do their own thing rather than listen, making them difficult to train as whole...Besides having to compete with it until you pass out or it does first...Sylibell is just now getting the hang of it’s abilities and gaining more balance, making it extremely overconfident. But no matter how many times Sylibell falls on it’s behind or sprains an ankle, it will always get back up, even in pain. So trainers have to take special care with Sylibell because they just don’t know when to stop at times...Also, the reason Sylibell gets it’s name, is because of the metal earrings it wears. They jingle like bells whenever Sylibell moves.

other: Sylibell’s ice blades can removed (or disappear and reappear) at will. It’s just an ability Sylibell gained once it evolved, creating and retaining metal objects for itself to use.
