I held a contest and the winner requested a bead piece from Ico, a PS2 game.

Difficult is how I’d describe this one. It’s the first bead piece I’ve done that wasn’t based on a sprite. It’s also the biggest piece that I’ve ironed together in one sitting. The majority of the work was the design itself. I wasn’t happy with some of the color choices and I changed elements of the original scene many times until I was satisfied..

It was a great learning experience and I think I’ll be able to do another piece like this in a shorter amount of time.
