Yes. He's being homosexual because he's new at digital art, and he created a background with the name of a DJ he must like on it. Very homosexual and all. I mean, doing so obviously indicates his having a sexual orientation to persons of the same sex.
You disgust me Domat. Childish insults directed toward someone due to someone trying a particular type of art for the first time is pathetic.
On to the actual comments about this piece. I personally feel that the green is a somewhat ugly shade, and that it clashes with the colors on the lettering. I'm not sure what I think about one side having a solid background, and the other having a bit more variety. It probably would like well on two monitors, but as a single piece, it's not the best choice. Maybe if it blended in better. I think the lense flare at the bottom is a bit too dominating, maybe lowering the opacity a bit, or scaling it down slightly would have been good. But it's not bad, really. I must admit, I do like the 'depth' (should I say depth? I really don't know what to call it) on the left, with the varying greens. The text isn't anything special, but I have no major concerns with it.
A good first try. Rarely does one succeed spectacularly on their first piece. Nothing below or above the average first try, but with practice, you will show progress. Live long, and keep doing your stuff man. =]
