Ube 14590 and mate Pirtelo 14791 stood strong in wait for the coming onslaught. As the moon rose the water of the pier fell eerily still. The pair stationed on the docks began to grow tense as the fog rolled in, covering the oceans surface. Their fur bristled as bubbles began to rise at the end of the dock. Going from a just a few to what looked instead like a rolling boil. As the water rumbled, fins and chains started to emerge. Slowly dragging herself from the depths Moray 15001 clambered up and onto the dock. Locking onto Ube and Pirtelo with her sharp glinting green eyes. They stood in her path, teeth bared and ready to defend their home.
