I love Harry Potter to fanatic obsession but I am still mad at Rowling for killing Fred. I know she wanted to kill a Weasley and make the impact of the war closer to home with a loss of a loved one, but why did it have to be Fred. The moment George got his ear cut off I knew he would survive and I had the sinking feeling that something bad would happen to Fred. And the moment I read the scene where Fred died I threw my book to the ground in anger. I'm an identical twin and I was so mad that Rowling killed him for the tragic factor. I loved those two and imagining something like that happen to my sister...I can't even think about it. Its too horrible. Me and my sister met a twin in his late 30s, a friend of my uncles, who lost his twin brother to a brain tumor when he was in high school. And while he was very nice I could tell from the look in his eyes that the pain has not left him. Just seeing him look at the two of us and seeing the pain in his eyes that he tried to hide...I had to fight bursting into tears. As much as we fight and bitch and laugh at each other, we do love each other a lot. I can't fully describe it and don't notice it most of the time, but we do share a very strong bond and once death happens its something that never leaves you. No matter how much time has passed. Just looking into that mans eyes made me know that he lost half of himself.

P.S: Twincest is NOT cool guys. Seriously disgusting. Take it from a twin.

P.P.S: While J.K Rowling kinda got away with it from making two lovable and hysterical twins, I do want to let it be known that most twins do not act like Fred and George. Meaning that we do share a lot of interests and passions, but we also have different dislikes and completely different personalities. From a twin and writers perspective, could have been executed better.
