Decided to go with your newest!one~ <3
I do the "three bads, three goods" thing, starting with the "bad."

First: The bad news~
1) The first thing I notice is that there's not a lot of contrast to the color. Contrast is key to a picture when it comes down to how it pops out at the person. It looks flat without contrast.
2) Second thing is the lineart is a sketch. Some styles can get away with this, but only with those that are really painterly. And since comics rely almost completely on the outline, it'd be wise to crack down and clean up that lineart. It will really help you in the long run. ^^
3) If you're going for a strictly angelic wing look, recognize that an angel's wing is simply a bird's wing, and that a bird's wing is actually very neat with its layers. Otherwise, not only flight would be rendered impossible, but they wouldn't look NEARLY as pretty either! Below the critique I pasted a link to what helps me keep an angel's wing in mind. :>

But then, the good news!
1) I wonder if this would come as a surprise to you (it does to most,) but one of the highlights in this is the anatomy, loosely speaking. The male has obviously masculine features, while the female has obviously feminine features. (unlike mine where it's just... EVERYBODY FEMALE... It's all in the chin, I figured out.)
2) The contrast BETWEEN the two characters is great enough that you would so easily be able to tell them apart. When it comes down to the size, and the over all depiction of personality, I think you might just have that down pat. ^^
3) The fact that you actually put something in the background instead of just leaving it blank is a good enough merit for me to compliment you on it. Believe me. Even simple backgrounds like that make it much easier to do backgrounds in the long run... I learned that the hard way, and STILL can barely do backgrounds... =u=
