Honestly, I've never been in Wave Hill. All I know is that it is located on one of the islands near the pole. Many of the residents there are said to come from something called Scandinavia. I suspect it is one of those strange countries on Earth. Here, everything is simpler. You look at the city and immediately understand why it was named that way.
