Bitis Nasicornis (Butterfly/Rhino Viper) digital painting for Noelle Brooks' Fauna Focus. ( faunafocus.com/)

This Viper was a very unique creature, I actually didn't intend to do this months free for all, but the forest landscape appealed to me. It was also 'lucky' I had a stroke of bad luck and was off work with a nasty virus for a few days, which gave me some time to pull him all together.

I feel the background really came together on this piece, although I could of pushed it a little more (... Best viewed at a distance!), it has a contrast to the sharpness of the Viper.
I have also experimented with a window effect, I do feel through looking at it now, the window does unbalance it, I would move this towards the middle more next time. Hopefully it is a pleasant viewing experience, let me know what you think.
