U get used to your pet sleeping with ya.... aleast Buster isnt suffering anymore..he is sleeping peacefully.

Yep ... I haven't cried since ... just before .. so many my mind is settling in that he is in a better place. It also helps having another dog to pet and that needs attention too.

yes, u have to do this and think he is in a better place, as it will take along time for the pain for u to heal... yes it does help having another pet.... it all takes time...i felt the same way as u when we had our dog put to sleep, even now looking back at pictures of our dog it still makes me feel sad.......... she was all always with me .
