SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-High athletic and acrobatic abilities: As Robert is in peak physical condition created by years of training, he is a highly skilled athlete. Robert is able to keep up with the likes of Sly in terms of speed and agility, although lacking the ability to match Carmelita in jumping skills. He has mild parkour abilities, able to easily run over uneven terrain or hurdles.
-Skilled marksman: Robert is highly skilled with his shock pistol, being among the quickest and most accurate shots in the INTERPOL ranks. He has little trouble leading his targets, but the slower speed of his projectiles make it harder to hit fast and agile targets from a greater distance.
-Proficient Hand-to-Hand combat: Robert is trained in Muay Thai, but only up to a skilled amateur level. He has also learned boxing allowing him to stand tall among other non-professionals. Despite that he practices frequently, even installing a heavy body bag in his office to get in some light training and exercise.
-Natural Leader: Despite being in INTERPOL only a little longer than Carmelita, Robert rose up through the ranks quite quickly being the primary one selected to replace Barkley upon his retirement. He has little trouble getting other officers to follow his way of thinking or earning their loyalty.
EQUIPMENT:
-Custom Shock Pistol: A slightly modified version on the newest generation of INTERPOL shock pistol. In addition to changing the color, his shock pistol possesses an additional attachment (see below) along with the ability to alternate between standard rounds and harder to avoid scatter shots.
-grappling hook attachment: A small attachment to his shock pistol. To compensate for his inability to jump as high Carmelita or climb as well as Sly, Robert had a collapsible grappling hook installed on the bottom of the barrel. Said grappling hook is able to pull him up four stories easily and quickly.
APPEARANCE:
Robert is a trim and highly toned male snow leopard. He has light blue fur with darker markings.

When on duty, Robert’s outfit consists of a black turtleneck under a red leather jacket over a black turtleneck. He also wears dark tan slacks with brown boots.
PERSONALITY:
Robert is a dedicated INTERPOL officer who believes all criminals must be dealt with using an iron fist. According to his beliefs, there can be no mercy for those who break the law regardless of who they are, the circumstances, or the crime committed. One group of criminals he puts ahead of any other is the generations hold, globe spanning Cooper family line. His hatred of the Coopers is so great that he made sure to remain in the field even upon his promotion to director if it was a lead on Sly.

Robert seems to take joy in the power and respect that comes with law enforcement. In keeping with his belief that power dictates the true difference between right or wrong, Robert frequently flaunts his power, pressing whatever advantage he has over a person.

Perhaps the most intriguing element of his beliefs is females as his fellow officers. He is actually okay with women on the INTERPOL staff, even serving directly in the field. This is different however when it applies to HIS woman. This element is best seen in his desires towards Carmelita.
FIGHTING STYLE:
Robert’s fighting style is one of brutality and efficiency. Combining Muay Thai and boxing for when needing to fight hand-to-hand. Either with painful blows or crippling submission holds.

Fighting from a distance involves his Shock Pistol like most INTERPOL officers. His specially designed one can either fire a single blast for accuracy or a more shotgun like blast against particularly agile opponents. He is also capable of using the grappling hook attachment to try to snare opponents.
BIO:
Robert Hunter was born in England where he lived peacefully, driving by a natural competitive nature to become the best both academically and athletically. To smart to let any failure affect him to much aside from providing the anger needed to fuel his improvement so that he would not fail a second time.

Law enforcement gave Robert the opportunity to make a profession out of this need to be better than everyone around him. Since few people seemed that concerned over the well being of criminals, it was not exactly hard for him to subtly abuse his authority. Before to long, he had his eyes set on INTERPOL, granting him access to true tests of his abilities and power.

It was early in his training for INTERPOL he crossed paths with the slightly younger Carmelita Montoya Fox. He quickly fell for her fiery nature and lovely appearance. However Carmelita seemed to have little time to spare for the man, seeing right through him and to the real reason behind his dedication to the force. Like all failures he had in the past, he decided that it would one day be overturned.

He was given his opportunity to reverse the failure with Carmelita when Barkley retired and he was given the title of Director. His first action was to call Carmelita into his office. While he praised her for the constant pressure she put on Cooper, and even the manipulation to have him as her partner, he still held her failures and expenses against her. She was ultimately given a choice, be with him or sacrifice her career. When she turned him down a second time, Robert swiftly fired Carmelita.

Shortly after, the computer from Le Paradox’s blimp registered a similar disturbance in the time stream as before. Seeing this as a chance to show up Carmelita, thus proving himself a superior agent, he had INTERPOL scientist construct a time machine of his own. Taking it to ancient Egypt, he was surprised to see The Cooper Gang returned to full strength with an addition of Carmelita in the ranks. As such no other INTERPOL officer was allowed to take this case so he can take down Sly and force Carmelita to his side.
