Military Police Major Polo catches a rapidly gaining notoriety air pirate known as "The Ghost." He has so far created fear by using a very valuable, long-stolen military super-secret cloaking device that makes fighters invisible to modern radar and guidance systems. He didn't steal the device, but that doesn't matter. Next to him is a tall colleague, with whom they have a mutual dislike. The further apart they are, the more effective they are. In fact, they're both super pros. And the captured ghost turns out to be Polo's brother who disappeared a bunch of years ago, and they get information out of him about a hidden cloak that wasn't found on him. Both majors have no right eyes, and here they did their own best.
