Hey - maybe Herc and Meg like to play rough? She's set herself up like this (especially with the costume) and, when he gets home, he gets to have her "dance" for him for a little bit, then he rescues her, then he gets his reward for saving the Damsel-in-Distress. She gets the adrenaline rush from the danger and the asphxiation.
