Description
I have an ongoing What I Wore series where I (surprise, surprise) illustrate what I wore on certain days. I should try to do these more often; they're really useful as drawing exercises.See the second instalment here .
Tools: Wacom Intuos2 Tablet, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS3 (to put it together).
FAQ 1. Where do you shop?
Local stores: General Pants Co. , Dangerfield , Kookai , Bardot , Supre , Sportsgirl , ValleyGirl .
Online shopping: ASOS , TopShop , Etsy & YesStyle .
Almost all of my shoes are from Zomp .
2. Did you design these clothes?
No. These are just illustrations of what I wore.
3. Do you actually own/wear these clothes?
Yes! Wouldn't it defeat the purpose of 'What I Wore' if I didn't?
4. Is your hair actually like that?
Yes. These are miniature self-portraits, after all!

wow, really nice illustrations. It's good to see someone putting some thought into fashion with their illustrations. I do try to do it when I draw but to be fair, I don't really know all that much about fashion haha

haha, thanks! um i live in australia, so it might not translate well for you. for clothes, i mainly buy from chain stores (probably equivalent to that of forever 21/topshop/zara) or cheap little asian boutiques. and for shoes, i almost always go to a little place called 'zomp' (australian-only).

haha yeah, asian boutiques are great.. but i go there for the prices rather than the girlygirly stuff. D: i have to stay away from clothes like that because i'm already so small (and asian) and i'll be a pedophile's meal.

ooh! sorry for the default response before. a lot of people were asking me where i shop, and most of them were from overseas, so i was just giving general answers. i can give you specific ones though!!
i go to: general pants (one of my faves, but it's getting freakishly popular), kookai, sportsgirl, supre (i know i know.. but in amongst the trailor trash designs there's actually some really nice, simple stuff! as well as a heap of cheap basics. plus their sizes run down to xxs/3xs, which is good for me 
shoes: zomp (as mentioned, amazing high quality shoes -- and they have great sales, stuff from $300~ down to $40-$90~), zu (right next to zomp on lt collins). sometimes vintage!
also freez.com.au & aboutagirl.com.au are pretty good. and etsy.com for unique stuff/vintage.

I don't think i've been into supre since year eight. I'll have to try it again. All those other shops are great. I also like MNG in the QV building, they can have some nice stuff, if you haven't checked them out.

oh yeah, MNG does have nice stuff (and ridiculous sales sometimes! they had coats from last season from $300 down to $40 once!). a lot of the QV designer shops have amazing stuff (like cactus jam) but they just taunt my wallet, really.
lol, go into supre with the anticipation that you'll filter out about 80% of the stuff.

these outfits are really cute your style is very similar to mine except I'm lazy and only wear jeans & tshirts & sweatshirts. but I do own a few skirts & tights . and your really good at drawing and I love the hat in 7 I literaly own 7 of them in different colors . :] love it .
