Description
The second instalment of my outfit illustrations. Yes, I like wearing black. You can see the first one here.To see more, hop over to my blog . I post them semi-regularly there.
Tools: Wacom Intuos2 Tablet, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS3 (to put it together).
FAQ 1. Where do you shop?
Local stores (Australia): General Pants Co. , Dangerfield , Kookai , Bardot , Supre , Sportsgirl , ValleyGirl .
Online shopping: ASOS (Petite) , TopShop (Petite) , Etsy & YesStyle .
Almost all of my shoes are from Zomp . Also Wittner .
2. Did you design these clothes?
No. These are just illustrations of what I wore.
3. Do you actually own/wear these clothes?
Yes! Wouldn't it defeat the purpose of 'What I Wore' if I didn't?
4. Is your hair actually like that?
Yes. These are miniature self-portraits, after all!

I'm thinking about putting portraits of people on the buttons I make(I have mostly petite girls as my customers...),but I was having trouble thinking up stances and poses to draw them in.When I saw your artwork of what you wore I thought "Hey,those are some good stances!Lemme ask her if I can use them!" I have trouble doing the stick figure base for poses and would much rather look at stances and body figures people do and draw those.If you'd like I'll show you the after product...if you allow me to use your figures? I'll make sure to give you full credit on them...

i think i would prefer it if you just had a glance through some websites like lookbook.nu. there's a whole collection of people posing for photos, with natural stances.

I love all of your outfits! so cute! just one that a kinda question; second row, second pic. those pants look like they have a V then the 2 buttons, and the rest. is that how they actually are? I just have never seen pants that go that high with that design before!

i think this is very inspiring! both artistically and personal too, to be able to see how you perceive the way you dress and translate it into these wonderful draws x3, i think is pretty amazing and of course clothing reveals your good taste on fashion.
