This has been sitting in my folders for almost a year now I do believe. It was supposed to be a commission but I got the species wrong and had to start over.
Been kind of waiting for someone to bring up some kind of character thats somewhat along the lines of this but none have come up.

But ahh well.
Free to use this in however way you'd like, adopts, commisions (with the 'go ahead' of the commissioner), feel free to edit the lines and whatever else.
I could care less with what you do with it
And since the background is not colored in this is simple a PNG file up for grabs, erase the "Free base" if you feel so.

Please, give credit to me if used / link it back to me. I'd love to see what you've done with it!
