most (if not all) of the official bears have top hats, but I decided against giving this dapper lad one so that people can give em whatever headwear they'd like.

It's appreciated if you link back here so other people can make funny bear OCs, but it's not required

btw to be 100% clear with u guys to make these I use images directly from the games and draw over missing pieces/make appropriate edits, then use that to make these. just making sure y'all r aware
