(Weak modeling, huh?!)
I've made this as a 1st attempt to model using 3D Studio Max 6 (Just Got It) !!!
This image is a preview model of the smiley.. this is meant to be an animated gif image, so.. if u think u can provide me with ideas of the way the animation should act, please post it...

I've alredy got proplems with my "Poly editing" techniques..
Those lips doesn't look neat enough!
Anyway, I'll try to submit some more detailed renders..
