Wow, it's not very often you see vore artists include the epiglottis. I think it's a rather nice change to see. I also feel like the tiny can hold onto it and cause problems for the giant though.

Yeah you're right it's often overlooked! That might be uncomfortable, a tiny trying to hang onto the epiglottis w @; but I don't think it would last long! That thing is slippery and all one has to do is swallow and it will tilt down.

That is true. The tiny will still get swallowed easily, especially because of the saliva making everything slippery.

Well, it's mostly just layers of different stuff built up! ^^ Like for this one... first I did flat color, then soft highlights, then hard highlights, then the base color of saliva, then erased some parts of it to make it transparent, then added more hard highlights.
