After one last gulp, there was no trace left of Allison. Well, except for the belongings she'd left behind. I went through her phone and she hadn't told anyone she was coming with me, apparently. As far as they know, she went on a blind date and never came home. I'd just have to dispose of her jacket, boots, and car now. But the excitement of seeing the plant do its work was well worth it.
