Well he has stated before that he doesn't know how to do romance. Really was letdown when people like Pilaf's gang and Lunch and stuff didn't stay a part of the series once Z hit.

And this drawing just about sums up how Yamcha was treated in the series. He meets Goku when a kid and becomes a big factor in the series (well...not so much but still) learns techniques and such and dates Bulma only to be killed by vegeta's saibamen and thoroughly ousted, being nothing more than a jobber for the rest of the series. And as if that weren't enough, Vegeta kicks him while he's down, taking Bulma for himself (seemingly without a fight from Yamcha) and to add insult to injury, Vegeta has a kid by Bulma that by age 8 IS STRONGER THAN YAMCHA!!!!

All the sayins were bad. Goku was only good cause he got lucky and got bumped on the head. They basically were enslaved by an even more crazier monster such as freeza.

Yamcha doesn't deserve Bulma! He should know that there are other people who don't even have someone to love. He should be happy that he spent a lot of time with Bulma. Plus, Vegeta never had a women in his life before, so why should he end up with Bulma?!

Ha! I saw this scene.. What I looved is that Chi Chi was complaining about Goku, when she asked to swicth mates (even thought it was a joke) the usually loud mouth and bitchy Bulma ( I love her though) stayed quite. She did not move a budge in thinking for one second to trade Vegeta off for Goku. When I watch that scene I always see that. And the pimp look on Vegeta's face as he laughs is priceless
