Description
A Fine Dinging Restaurant controlled by the Runners, or also known as the "Masked Mafia".

A towering solid jet black sky scraper with no windows, that has a single neon cyan blue E on the front of the building. The Entrance is guarded by 4 bouncers usually of large stature and carrying hidden high tech fire arms.

The inside is covered in a deep chocolate brown wooden flooring that has clearly been polished. Bright Soft golden marble counters illuminated by overhead white lamps. Ebony black thick drapes usually cover all the doorways and must be pushed aside to enter any rooms. The walls are completely black on the first 5 floors.
Any floors above the 5th floor are lined in Fey's largest Aquarium tank. Spanning over the entire inside of the building on all four walls. Black tables line against the walls next to the tank for a spectacular view. beautiful crystal clear Wine glasses and clean polished eating utensils rest on the tables; along with black folded napkins.
Every floor is well taken care of by the Masked staff. Employed dressed in jet black butler suits, with various types of decorated masks ranging from animals to porcelains and some even glow!
Every floor also has its own 24/7 buffet line.
The last 3 floors are like balconies, completely open. The ceiling is made of the aquarium tank, littered with sea life native to Fey. In the middle of these three floor balconies is a stage where live shows are performed. This section of the sky scraper is the darkest as there are no lights other then small candles that sit in the middle of the black tables lining the balconies. The major source of light for this area is from the dome ceiling aquarium itself when the staff opens up the black ceiling behind the aquarium that lets in the setting sun light.
This natural lighting that is pushed through the aquarium ceiling itself creates colors of blues, golds, oranges, and whites to fill all three balconies and mostly the stage where the performance takes place.
There is one section in the 3 floored balcony area that is closed off to visiting guests. On the third floor balcony, there is a small gated section closed off by a rope with a few chairs.
This is where VIP, and the owner of the Restaurant sits to watch the show. However these three open floors do not have a Buffet line, but instead cater to the masked waiter to retrieve viewers there food.
5 Elevators line the inner section of this sky scraper to ensure people can get around, however there is 4 stairwells at the very corners of the sky scraper that lead to every floor. These stair wells are lined with black walls and black steps with Navy Blue carpeting and lit by small drooping lamps hanging on the walls.

All Visiting guests must have an invitation.
All hired staff members must be of legal age.
All employed members must sign 2 contract within the first day of hiring.
All Employed staff members must wear proper Ebony Uniform. A white rolled sleeve collared shirt, Black Vest, Black Tie, Black gloves, Black pants that meat owners proper height, and black dress shoes. No exceptions. Hair must be slicked back, or pulled into tight bun or pony tail.
All Employees must obey the Silent Code. Silent Code 101: Employed members are not allowed to speak to Guests or VIPS of the Ebony unless spoken to, or asked. Engaging in conversations is prohibited unless Guest or VIP has asked you to. All VIPs and Guests are made aware of this rule as well.
All employed staff members must obey the demands of the Guests and VIPs. Employed staff is not allowed to deny any Guest or VIP services, this goes behind simple food requests as well. If you are asked to do something, do it. Or, expect punishment upon returning to the Employee Break room.

Notes

Ebony contains hidden back rooms known as Dark Rooms by re-visiting guests for "Fun Time" between Quests, VIPs, and requested Masked employees. There are no cameras in these Dark rooms and entering is upon ones own risk.
