Maybe the large arms could have little bit longer fingers? But other than that, AWESOME! This is such an awesome work overall. the Dragaloth is excellent, matches the description almost perfect, the stance, the attitude, the raw power and evil cruel nature, a savage killer of the underdark, intelligent (yes, you even got that part through!).
You have also captured the underdark extemely well, the feel of it as well as the colours. I love the drow noble houses in the background, the walkways, the atmosphere. The nearby skull is a nice little touch & the watching Drow, is very good ( is he in disfavour?), the Dragaloth could be casting a spell? They can be spellcasters & they have magical abilities, or investigating? Either way, he looks damn angry (usual state of being for the majority). Half Drow, half demon, seen as a gift of Llolth, Spiderqueen, Drow goddess.

Honestly, maybe it's just me, but the nose of the demon looks deformed.
BUT, anyways the whole picture is just brilliant. I love your use of reflections, glowing lights and shadows, just perfect.
In addition I really like the mix of cyan and light violet lights.
