This is the Sword wielded by Elwen in the game "Radiata Stories". The holy sword Avcoor created to destroy the malevoltnet sword Falvern, once wielded by the legendary hero Alfred, which had as a follower a person named El, the became Elwen after his death. At the time that Falvern puts out bad feelings to give power to the wielder, Avcoor gives the oposite, only pure and good feeling, thus both can't exist together. It's design is so beautiful, it's by far my favorite weapon! It's blade doesn't cut, but it's aura can penetrate among anything and devastate it !
