I'm gearing up for auditions for Seussical, our in-house play this year. I've been listening to the soundtrack on and off all weekend so I've been feeling pretty inspired my the musical score. Truth be told, I hated it when I saw it way back when I was about 9 or 10; I understand the story much better now, but I find myself ore emphatically cheering on more musicals like Matilda. Anyway, on to the piece!

The Lorax was a significant chunk in the second act of the original run, before being cut out. Nevertheless, he still got a few lines of recognition in one of the first few songs. Wanted to draw something a bit more grand and "cinematic" than I normally do. I don't know what's necessarily going on here,but I hope it reads well.
