Hmm...
This would actually be a pretty interesting match-up, since it essentially boils down to a clash between Quicksword vs. Blade mode. Both characters are in similar ballparks with regards to speed & strength; plus, both have the means to end the other one really quickly..!
Truthfully, I think it all comes down to whether or not Clare has access to her various 'awakened' forms..?
If she's actually able to transform into her 'Teresa' mode, then.. frankly, ol' Jack the Ripper is gonna get roflstomped!!
