Description
This is how I see Scratch (goofy comic relief character from AoSH) if he were in SatAM. Except I'd make him a serious character. He's a military strategist for Dr. Robotnik, and occasionally runs roboticizations. Because of the nature of his work and his advanced, self-aware programming, he has formed a rather sadistic personality. He occasionally shows a dark, dry wit delivered with a chilling synthecized voice. In a pinch, he's an expert at hand-to-hand combat.Scratch (C) Sega
