He's a bit of an otaku. Named himself Silver, due to its poisonous nature (and after a few of his favorite anime characters). Although pictured here in one of his more tasteful ensembles, Silver can often be seen in in full pseudo-Victorian anime splendor. He seems unaware how incredibly ridiculous he looks in his clothes sometimes. Like many animes, he takes himself completely seriously despite obvious silliness. Likes platinum jewelry.
Tends to hide his Southern background, although his rich, precise voice sports a slight accent. Sometimes he'll put on an even richer, but unconvincingly stilted and melodic voice in an attempt to intimidate people, coming off even more like a bad anime villain.

Despite his quirks, he is an extremely intelligent and dangerous villain. His methods of running business are clever, but not nearly as gimmicky as his tastes are. He able to control the majority of organized crime in the city, but he is rumored to answer to others in a shadowy crime syndicate. Extremely patient, he is an expert at finding others' weaknesses and exploiting them for his own gain. He does not control government, but he does his part to keep out of legal trouble.

Although he does not like to get his hands dirty, he has military experience and is rumored to be a ferocious fighter.
