This is Lateon's Cataclysmic form being initiated.
I just discovered that I find utmost enjoyment from drawing glowy things.
OMG They are FUN!!
And yes, I did have a bit too much fun with the smudge tool on GIMP.

if you want to. another person offered to do such, but i forgot who it was.
challenge is as follows:
draw 2 pictures of the fusion:
1: arm blades and foot claws are out, "mane" is opened. aerial fight against a large mass of military(or P.A.O.) air craft. fusion is launching a horizontal psycho cut [link] at an air craft. another aircraft has a vertical psycho cut going through the cockpit and a small bit of flames where the cut landed.
2: arm blades and foot claws are withdrawn, "mane" is closed. fusion is following a random trainer through the forest in it's territory.
you can do one, two, or none if you want.
fusion's colors are same as pokemon fusion is made of(fusion seems to be his code name...), types are: fire, fighting, dragon, ground, poison, steel, water, ghost, dark.

And don't you think 9 types is a bit much for a Pokemon?

those 9 types come directly from the pokemon in the fusion. and i understand your skepticism.

can i use the "fusion chronicles" title? it's a parody of the "commission chronicles" title. and "temple of Arceus" just doesn't fit. it covers the trainer's life before, during, and after the transformation. the temple only takes up a small portion of the story.
i'm working on my story outline (spoiler: it has my fusion in it). i'm using the P.A.O.(i know that's OK, right?), dream concept, and portals from the commission chronicles in here, along with stuff from other stories i've read on DA. essentially, a "scrapbook story" containing elements from almost every human TF story i've read(OK, maybe just a few, some are series though, making them count as more stories, i.e. the commission chronicles). i believe i've read almost EVERY human to pokemon transformation story there is on DA. if you want to work on this with me, just say so. i may ask you for help at times, it's OK if you say no to the help request.

i guess people see the P.A.O. as an equivalent to team rocket: succeeding at first, then the usual person intervenes and destroys the plan utterly and completely, time and time again and again.
don't worry about my getting the original authors permission, i will try to have checked at least 75% of those i'm borrowing ideas from by the end of the week, unless a concept appears in at least 2 different stories(i.e. dimensional portals).

No, the P.A.O. conquered Team Rocket in my story.
Team Rocket was weak, they used cheap people in what look like clown costumes and blimps.
And they throw Pokeballs. Wow, scary.
The P.A.O. has jet Gunships and choppers with machine guns and missiles. And soldiers equipped with actual guns that shoot bullets, and grenades.
I think the higher skilled enemy would be the P.A.O.

I gotta say, I agree with the title.
It's some sort of...space...spirit...dragon, that's doing some...thing, in either a void or cloud filled night sky (there are no starts). Maybe some sort of in between dimension? That's what I thought of when I saw this.
Actually it kinda looks like it's talking to someone. But for all we know, the thing it's talking to is even more out there than itself.
These aren't guesses persay. Theses are what, if for example I were to write this guy into a story, he would be. Or at least I'm assuming its a he...

Yeah, I have Photoshop, but only on weekends, since that's when my dad comes home with that laptop that has Photoshop on it.
