I admit, I was a little nervous to share this at first, but how bad can it possibly be? I suck major ass at making ref sheets, but I hated having character inconsistencies so I tried whipping this up real quick. This is a little OC I made to ship with Perfect Cell, just for funsies. I think his pistachio shaped head is cute.

She's Fortuneteller Baba's adopted daughter and she is also a Fortuneteller herself. She thinks Cell had the potential to be a bit more kindhearted considering his DNA composition. (Piccolo and Vegeta DNA, they were former villains once. and Goku is kindhearted, so surely there's at least some semblance of some kindness in him, right?) The only reason they met was because of her fascination with the Bio-android, she even made a deal with him. If he wanted to be revived, he needed to learn to be kinder and be able to handle any sort of criticism or to just be less of a threat to earth. he wasn't happy about it but hell was quite literally tiring him out so he tried his hand at it. Aghh,,, Long story short, Cell is trying to be nicer but he can't help but be malevolent at times.
