Once again, your hybrid anatomy is a little confusing at first, but definitely original and impressive! Your first attempts at digital work on a tablet is impressive as well. I think masking out your areas with selection outlines or making layers, erasing any colors that go over the lines later, will allow you to make a much cleaner job of it.

Although the 'bells' (dunno what else to call them) hanging from the face are just a little to smooth/smudged.
But, excellent none the less.
