I took some more advice from yemto and downloaded Paint Tool SAI. Since it has stabilization, I can draw things without them looking like I was having a small seizure in the process.

Unfortunately it's only a trial, and it doesn't like me having two monitors, but if I can make it so I don't have to swtich to one monitor to stop it from trying to use my tablet on the whole screen, I'll probably keep using it.
