His mother, the matron of the district, has been forcing her businesses to sneak ever increasing amounts of magical growth suppressants into his food which seem to supress his weight gain and appetite. But to no avail. Is Leo's appetite just too great?

Side Note: Whatever you think he could eat, he could probably eat it. And yes, he does get a raging boner from the excruciating painful tightening of his stomach and the skin of his gut around it. But, his belly quickly returns to roughly the same size in a few days though, but he's okay with that, if it gives him enough strength and mobility to shove next meals bore down his throat he is all in.
