Description
To save Space the Small Prisoners Cells are on 2 Levels. For Security Reasons there are No Ladders or Steps provided for the Upper Level Cells. Instead the Nurses Lift their Small Prisoners and Place them in the Cells on the Upper Level and Visa Versa when allowing their Prisoners Time out of their Cells.
