This pic looks great, but if you want to fix the background, then perhaps real blood splatters instead of red lines could work for you

well you know, there's not really a point to making him look exactly like his in-game counterpart, since this is a piece of fan art after all. And plus, I like drawing things in my own style, so that's why he looks different.
