The arms don't move because I had to make his head form scratch, the peg broke and the superglue I used leaked onto the arms.

That reminds of when my optimus prime figure broke, a panel he uses to transform broke, and when I was glued back on, the piece couldn't move to transform.
Another source material I forgot to mention was the already existing figures. Wakeangel just uses that,but modified.
