GYAOS-Bio engineered rats with wings is what they're nicknamed. Vile and cannibalistic, these kaijus eat anything that their stomachs can hold from cows, humans, and even each other. It has been reported that Gyaos are all female but can reproduce asexually, and in some cases will lay eggs for the specific purpose of eating the eggs later if the Gyaos cannot find food soon.

For flight based Kaijus the Gyaos is considered a pest best dealt with by killing them or avoiding them as much as possible as a Gyaos will waste no time in attempting to devour opposing Kaijus. What keeps these creatures at bay besides their own cannibalistic tendencies are the few benevolent Kaiju's earth has to offer like Mothra, King Caesar, Legendary Godzilla and more specifically Gamera, who's the primary threat to the Gyaos. Kaiju's like the Fire Demon/Rodan merely kill them for sport and Fire Rodan kills them when they enter it's territory. The Hollow Earth so far has not seen any signs of Gyaos.

Despite their obvious lack of any real intelligence when compared to the other noteworthy Kaijus the Gyaos is very capable of adapting to it's environment, with many variants such as Hyper Gyaos, Neo Gyaos, or even one's found in Space. No one's for sure how Gyaos managed to get into Space despite being race created on earth by the same Atlanteans that would go on to create Gamera as a replacement protector after the failure of the Gyaos.

-I wanted to keep this one short and to the point. Gyaos are the equivalent to rats or pigeons, dumb and stupid and willing to eat each other. Every other kaiju pretty much hates them and will kill/avoid them
