This was something I did pretty much all through out the entire day, here and there, I kept getting distracted so I didn't do it all in one sitting like usual where I'm completely focused, at least not till I got like half way in or something. This was another picture to kinda let loose, get away from work and projects and commissins, so something purely out of fun again. This was something that has been cooking in my head for a REALLY LONG TIME! And it was really cool to get it out finally! and I am REALLY HAPPY WITH IT!!

the thing that was cool about this is that like, it wasn't just a character(s) shot, but like a whole scene is taking place, with scenery, like an actual background that holds a setting/place. I had always loved the place Waterfall from Undertale, and I remember when I first played the game, Waterfall really struck me as beautiful for many reasons and levels. I wanted to draw the setting/environment of Waterfall ever since I first played the game, but I couldn't think of an interesting set up to draw it in. Sometimes simple is more, and instead of trying to think of something complicated, a simple, "monster kid and Frisk walking in Waterfall" just like in the game, somehow did the trick in the end I guess hahaha

This was really really fun. And also another reason why Waterfall is kinda nostalgic for me, is because my first painting of Undertale was of Frisk making a wish in one of the echo flowers in reference to apologizing to Toriel for leaving the ruins, here www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtrqal… is was also the first time I drew Frisk. and wow.... it's CRAZY!!!! the difference in improvement it! at least to me! everything from the smoothness, the lighting, Frisk's hair, the way I used color, and so much is so much better in this new painting. I feel like I've come a long way in the last 5 months, and looking at now and then really shows it in my opinion. Which is really great because the whole reason why I joined youtube was for improvment purposes and nothing else, and it seems to be working!
