The roof above them shook from the fighting outside, Sesal looked at CC and said, "Did you expect me to just stand there and get hit? Besides, sometimes in life, you have to run away. You can't always be a hero." "Goddamnit Sesal..." CC whispered as she crossed her tiny arms. "We'll never be a good explorer team doing shit like THIS."

"Don't you DARE use that language against me." Sesal glared at the tiny bear. "Would you rather us DEAD?"

CC hated that he was right.

Welp I whipped this up to conclude my Mission 1 for PMDU. I feel kinda cowardly for crawling back with my tail between my legs but I really wanted to come back! I left before because I was overwhelmed with stuff, but I think Im ready to come back. But you know, like Sesal said, sometimes you just gotta run away.

BUT WHAT DID YOU EXPECT. SESAL IS 45 AND CC IS LIKE 14. Goddamnit they aren't heroes and this was their first mission lmao and Sesal cowarded out, but there's nothing wrong with that, right? Maybe they'll actually finish mission 2, I plan on doing so. I really want to get involved better and improve so I'm going to try again.
