Finally after 6 years I got the opportunity to make new and cooler emotes for Grumpy! It's funny how the opportunity happened actually, so, story time!
I was hanging out in one of Grumpy's streams one day and he was playing "Voices of the Void". He gave me a shoutout and gushed about my art (I was quite flattered :>) and future commissioner in his stream, DallasFlac, was like "oh? you do art?" and then sent over payment lol. Grumpy's usually not able to spend money outside of groceries and rent, so allowing a viewer to buy emotes for him is such a sweet thing to see! It isn't the first time it's happened either, namely with AngrySaltPile and NightSonata getting emotes for DemOrbs though, those were unbeknownst to him until they were uploaded to his server! I know for a fact that when DemOrbs, AKA The Nut Man, opened up Discord one day to find his walnut mascot having bedroom eyes and a lip bite with the emote titled, "DownBad" that he absolutely loved it.
I'm also super happy with these emotes and have been on such a streak since making WasabiPie's emotes recently! They're readable and show so much personality even when they're shrunk down to 112x112. If there ever was a level up piece, this and Wasabi's pieces are the level ups! :>
