It's been forever, but I figure my one deviation a year strategy still holds.

I actually felt a little inspired to draw/color something after I watched one of the last episodes of the Office. It really reminded me of these two and basically where I left off in writing. I was just really struck with this image of Zix wanting forgiveness and Vera being frozen. I'm still writing their story off and on although right now it's a little too depressing for me and I just want Vera to be happy again. Getting there is difficult. Also, my writing forum disappeared from the face of the internet so I'm still deciding whether or not to make a new one.

Also liked the idea of switching their roles and making Zix being the one seeking comfort. Background is murky which was unintentional but I kept it because it reminded me of the Eerita emotion sphere. New Phantom symbol which I've only alluded to but never fully described. Vera decided to make the Phantom symbol her own and turn it into a butterfly.

I'll probably slink off into my corner of the internet and not draw for another year...haha.
