Made in Gimp.I spent all afternoon teaching myself how to use Gimp...it's really easy! I dunno why some people complain so much about it...the brushes are alot smoother than photoshop's too...
anihoo, this is my new serpent character, Erebos, it means darkness. Yes, Erebos is getting ready to pee on you. I really like him..so I'm probably gona draw him often...now that my bro got me a tablet! 8D
I wana change his markings though... any suggestions?

great new character... although i gotta say,... by the first glimpse i though to myself.... spyro the dragon. idk... the purple, the horns, and the hair... but not so sure about the color. know what i mean though? other than that.. its good. ^^

Gimp is REALLY easy. If you know what all the buttons and stuff do in photoshop, then you will know exactly what to do in gimp...after you "explore" the program for a few hours, lol.

Looks really nice. The colors are really smooth and I like the brighter highlights. Hmm... markings?! It's up to you, but I'm a sucker for tribal tattoos. Perhaps a mix of black and some of that same orangy yellow on the face or front legs?

I have gimp and I cant figure out how to make anything look like that Dx lol but yes Gimp is a lot easier than photoshop
