Though I guess it depends on what sort of zombies these are. Runners are scary.

I guess as long as the legs are functional and intact, then I would assume they could if they could sprint.

I've seen Zombies running faster than humans, 7DTD, and quite honestly thats as realistic as the shambling ones.
