Another fine example of why I shouldn't be allowed to procrastinate and/or get bored...

So guess what movie I've been watching lately? Eeyup... I tend to listen to movies and videos while I work on stuff, and since my mom just recently bought me Wreck-It Ralph, I've been looping it non-stop as I work on my projects. I often take little "doodle breaks" when I'm in these kind of work sessions, and I often get some pretty weird stuff...

[SPOILERS]
So here we have King Candy... the villain of the movie, in his final Cy-bug form. I LOVE King Candy as a villain. In fact, he might be one of my favorites of all time. You'd never expect such an adorable little guy having such a dark background and selfish/evil ambitions, and yet the way they tell the story to slowly reveal his scheme was just perfect! My jaw dropped the instant they revealed that he was Turbo. It made WAY too much sense, and yet I never guessed it! And the design for his Cy-bug form is so colorful and amazing! I love it!

I don't think I really did him justice... but then again, this was kind of a doodle between assignments, so I can't hold myself to high standards... especially since it's 4 in the morning... Although, looking back at this now... I'm actually really happy with how the character came out... just not the background...

I'll stop before I fly into a rabid fangirl rant about how this movie is the best thing ever and that you all should watch it.

Long tongue because they're creepy and cool... and lazy background because lazy!

[[Random Side Note: Apparently, on the night that I drew this, before he even saw the picture, my fiance had a nightmare that I was kidnapped and tortured by King Candy... ... ... Crazy coincidence, I'm sure... (shifty eyes)]]
