(I figure it was about time to actually get more faculty members in here lmao)

Brook Bell is the head of the engineering department, and as such tends to teach a lot of the courses within it. Typically though, she tends to be a bit scatter-brained and laid back in regards to students, allowing them to get away with way more than she should, which usually ends with her getting a bit chewed out by other teachers. She also has a hard time saying "no", whether that's an extension on homework or someone asking to borrow some machinery in order to deliver some brutal wedgies. (Something Lucille and Debra have absolutely taken advantage of.) However, it is exactly due to this laid-back and friendly attitude that Brook has that makes her such a popular teacher. She always believed that students will learn better when a teacher isn't a hardass and let students have some form of freedom, even if maybe she does take it a bit too far at times.

In terms of wedgie giving ability, Brook tends not to pay much mind to the rules of Trinity, usually opting to let other faculty members to do the deed in place of her if a student is in actual need of punishment. When she is forced into the situation, usually she'll just leave them hanging in her office or somewhere rather than subject them to anything major.
